Yesterday,
A father was left with a less son,
And a mother with a less daughter today.
A wife has just been made a widow
And a grown up man a bachelor again!
All because we seek for one thing
Called transformation.
Our beautiful cities now becoming
A place of turmoil.
It’s evident,the leaders we make
are turning against us.
We want changes,
They are offering us bullets
As if our demands
Are suicide requests.
It’s such a pity, how ours
Is destroying us with guns
Our nation’s flag, now dent with blood
If there’s truly a God, please save us.
