Four Kenyans chased two cheetahs till the animals got exhausted, captured them alive and handed them over to the Kenya Wildlife Service.

The cheetahs had been devouring the goats belonging to one of the men for a period of about two weeks.

The men waited until the hottest part of the day before launching the chase over a distance of four miles (6.4km). The cheetahs got so tired they could not run any more. The villagers captured them alive and handed them over to the Kenya Wildlife Service.

It should be noted that the cheetah is the fastest animal on land.
