The inauguration ceremony was held yesterday Wednesday 14th April 2021, at Conference Center Hall, Kwara Polythecnic.
The newly SRC members were Students representing various departments on campus.
While Speaking at the Inauguration Ceremony, The Speaker of Kwara Poly SUG, Rt. Hon. Ojewole Michael Femi Commended the efforts of the School management for conducting free And fair election, said the Management have been able to conduct successful executive and Legislative inauguration in a very short time.
Speaking further, He Congratulated the entire Executives of 2020/2021 academic session, Charged them all to work diligently and efficiently in order to achieve superficial achievements as an administration.
In conclusion, Hon. Ojewole Charged the students of the institution to desist from unlawful acts as it will not be tolerated by the union and the School management.
In his part, The Director Students Affair, Kwara State Polytechnic, Mr Bolakale Ajadi Congratulated the newly inaugurated SRC, Urged them to work collectively inorder to attain quality representation for the students of the institution.
Similarly, the Newly Elected Chairman, National Association of Nigeria Students (NANS), Kwara axis, Comr. Saleemah Issa Yusuf (Last Born) Felicitated with the Newly inaugurated Student Representatives Council, Urged them to Work for diligently in order to promote unionlism in the institution.
