A presidential aspirant on the platform of the African Democratic Congress Kingsley Moghalu has said that he forgot to tell the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari(retd his intentions to run for the presidency in 2023.
Moghalu in a tweet said, “I forgot to inform President #Mbuhari that I am running for President. But I informed Nigerians, of whom he is one, so no wahala!”
It would be recalled that the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Ebonyi State governor, Dave Umahi met with Buhari in Aso Rock to inform him about their intentions to run for the presidency in 2023 on Monday and Tuesday respectively.
