*Opin APC Youths, Opinion leaders, urge Kwara State APC leadership to cede the Ekiti House of Assembly to Opin Ward, youths says they have never benefited the commonwealth.*

The youths across the largest Ward in Ekiti LGA of Kwara State has today pleaded to the leadership of the All Progressive Congress to cede the House of Assembly to Opin District.

The youths represented by Mr Shola Ayeni from Isare-Opin stated that it’s so unfortunate that the Ward with largest polling unit, population and landscape has been long marginalised by the administration of the opposition party, People’s Democratic Party, he said the youths cry is considered a must if the party must win come 2023.

Mr Shola Ayeni said the seat in question is a common wealth of all Ekiti LGA but has been personalised by other districts alone, he also added that the Opin-Land has has not be lucky enough produce an indigene for the office.

The opin youths at this point believes that for All Progressive Congress to win the next House of Assembly, the ticket must be ceded to Opin Land where we have able, capable, and prepared minds like Hon Dele Abiodun who has represented us at the LGA level before with visible achievements like construction of Opin roads, facilitating of boreholes, building and renovation of schools and lots more.

The opinion leaders across opin land has earlier concluded on the fact that the goodwill of one of opin sons who is a lead aspirant for the Ekiti House of Assembly 2023 seat, has led to the decision.

The respective Opinions leaders said while responding to youths cry that Hon Anthony Dele Abiodun has all it takes to be the party candidate as he is popular enough and has goodwill in Ekiti LGA and beyond.
