No matter where we are or what we are doing, we should remember that Allah is always with us to help and guide us in every important step of our lives. Festival is a day of sharing what we have and caring for others. May Allah in His infinity mercy on this day grant us wisdom and kindness.

We should continue to imbibe the lessons brought to us by the Ramadan and at this time we should try and amend our mistakes and forgive others mistakes. We are therefore enjoined not to go back to our old ways of life which we willingly and obediently dropped during the Ramadan fasting. If we didn’t find it difficult to do away with those things while the Ramadan fasting lasted, it should not be difficult for us not to go back to them after the Eid-el-Fitri.

We should all be grateful to the Almighty Allah for the opportunity to peacefully and joyfully end the Ramadan fasting and to celebrate the festival with utmost moderation.

May the God Almighty shows us the right path and help you in every step of your life.

Eid Mubarak!
